When you take this trip you will walk along a scenic
boardwalk beside one of the wildest stretches of whitewater
in the world. Across the river, see the forces of nature
removing the last traces of man's earlier means of transporting
visitors to this famous spot, the Great Gorge Scenic
Railway.
After the world famous Falls, the
Great Gorge Adventure presents the most awesome spectacle
of the Niagara River. For thousands of years the waters
of Niagara have cut this deep and narrow gorge. At this
vantage point the visitor can see the wonders of nature
from an observation platform or the boardwalk at the
river's edge. Here you will experience the many sights
and sounds of the narrowest point in the Niagara River.
